I want to take this opportunity and congratulate my boyfriend Theo Stråhlén for getting an official internship offer to go to Domani Studios this November! What you do is fantastic and I'm oh so proud!

Summer Slacking
Dear Blog,
I have had and am having, a very interesting summer. A summer like no other actually. I'm spending my time doing, nothing. But It's really strange how putting your self into boredom can actually benefit you in the end.
My first two weeks of the summer I spent at Saatchi & Saatchi Stockholm. It was great! I was given the chance to learn more about what planning is all about and how the work process looks at an agency like theirs. I also brought with me an interesting quote from the agency owner Hans Sydow, "Advertising is a contact sport, so throw yourself in there"
Anywho, after my two weeks. I entered my six weeks of nothingness, and may I tell you. Oh my god it has been tough. I have been angry, annoyed, irritated and I have even changed my hairstyle too many times per day, just because I've had nothing to do. But then finally I got the chance to go to the south of Sweden to visit my boyfriend and his family! It was my first time there so we explored, went on a bicycle excursion and took the train to Copenhagen for a day. It was the best and most exciting week of my summer.
Now I'm back to boredom. But it is okay.
It's been insane and hectic, but I'm finally getting in peace with it.
I have 2 1/2 weeks until school starts again and I will spend my time in this nothingness by just taking everyday as it comes.
Nonetheless! I'm picking up blogging again! So watch out world wide web. I'm back.

Best Buy + Universal = Movie App
Hollywood is changing people.
We’ve seen technology being integrated into big motion pictures, but now it has been taken to an App level.
In partnership with Universal, Best Buy has recently unveiled a movie app that encourages using your cell phone while watching Despicable Me! The app only takes effect during the film’s end credits, where it will provide a text translation of Despicable Me’s minion characters’ dialogue.
Even though there are a billion people out there who thinks that using the cell phone during a movie in a theater would be absurd, I think it is a cool idea. It is only used in the end credits and provides a much nicer experience.
Watch the commercial here!

@KingJames
I read about a prediction on Jeff Hilimires blog that LeBron will announce his decision on which team he will play for on twitter, and I must say, that is a very good prediction. The King has realized that he can use this announcement to create a new media channel and he’s on it.
The New York Knicks tried getting him to play there through a social media campaign but failed. Maybe you've stumbled upon it? The name of the campaign was "C'mon LeBron". However, he has now taken it in his own hands and I think its pretty cool!
Want to follow him? @KingJames

Crazy Stop Motion
To all you stop motion lovers out there. This is one of the craziest stop motion pieces I have ever seen. Not only because they are using almost an entire city as a props but also because of the length! Its absolutely insane. Check it out, even if it's only for 2 minutes.

How secure is your password?
Check how secure your password is and how long it would take for a PC to crack it!
Mine is apparently very secure. It says it would take a desktop PC 458 years to crack it. Password win!

We Reward - Easiest way to earn a penny?
This is probably one of the first times I even express myself about an iPhone App, but I must say, I haven't tried this ReWard App, but it seems pretty cool. Basically, you can get points for “checking in” at places or, and this is the part I like the most, for doing certain things. And you get paid via PayPal.
Here's what they say on their site:
Earn WeReward points by completing tasks and checkins at your favorite businesses with your iPhone. Each point is worth a penny, earn 1,000 points and cashout to PayPal.
The business model is very interesting and Im impressed that someone or some people out there found a way of making money off of the "check in trend". Companies want exposure through peoples check ins, and are therefor prepared to pay small amounts of money to people who do. Im not going to give away too much and let you watch the video. But it seems cool, I'm impressed and if I did have an iPhone, I would download this app.
Anyone up for a donation of an iPhone to me? No?

New Old Spice Commercial
A new Old Spice Commerical can't be other than refreshing! However I must say that this one isn't as sharp as the first videos, but it still makes me smile. I especially like the little flute playing.
