As well as the success that our class has been getting, we have also been through some turbulent times as well. But we have solved it! We had an important class meeting last thursday and talked through some important key points regarding motivation, communication and respect. We are all good now. What I seem to come back to after every session regarding group processes is that everything is really just that simple. If you look at the people as vounurable humans with feelings. Suddenly everything is clear. Even the ones that seem the toughest, the hardest, the ones that never smile. All people want is appreciation.
